Chardonnay is the most noble white cultivar and the has its classic place among winelovers.

Style: The fresh fig and subtle citrus bouquet of this unwooded Chardonnay follows through to a dry, but creamy, lime-toned palate.
Vinification: This Chardonnay was pressed from hand-selected grapes of a single vineyard after complex exposure to the aromatically rich skins. It was fermented for 14 days at low 15° C and then gently coaxed through malolactic fermentation and left in contact with the lees for sevaral weeks. Bottled in September 2004.
